Peter Westwood

Club Chair

Peter joined the club in 2011 and was elected Chair in 2021. He started rowing over 40 years ago and competes in Master’s events.

Kathy Josefsen

Club Captain

Kathy was elected Club Captain in 2025, she can be found rowing regularly as part of the performance squad.

John Laycock

Honorary Treasurer

John was elected as treasurer in 2018 and is an active member of the Recreational Rowing Squad. He often can be found bringing cake at the end of a session.

Andrea Barnes

Club Secretary

Andrea was elected as secretary in 2025 and is an active member of the club.

Liz Waddington

Water Safety

Liz was elected as Health and Safety Advisor in 2024 and is an active member of the club.

Carole Mcdonald

Social Chairperson

Carole is long standing members of the club, and can be found at the weekends making wonderful breakfasts on Sunday morning. She alongside Bob also organises Social events such as our Annual Awards Night. She is always looking for volunteers if you want to help please let her know.

Bob McDonald

Grants Officer/Social Committee

Bob is a long standing members of the club, and can be found at the weekends helping out at Saturday Rec Rowing or with breakfasts on Sunday morning. He has also procured a large amount of grants for the club which has enabled us to purchase new boats and equipment.

Amy Clark

Ordinary Member

An active member of the club Amy is an avid rower, regularly training and competing. She tool on the role of Vice-Captain for the Juniors group in 2025

Ordinary Member

Fiona joined the club in early 2025 and has already made her mark both as part of the women's squad and taking on various roles within the club.
